TAM Airlines: The Ownboard Magazine


Tam Airlines wanted to show how careful and customised their service is directly engaging each passenger.

They created a fully customised on-board magazine, with individual covers and articles, based on each passengers’ preferences and invited passengers to take it away after the flight if they liked it.


A Facebook Connect during the online puchase process gave them information about the passengers’ preferences, they developed these into articles, composed and printed each magazine, and put it at each passengers’ seat right before the boarding.
